理念細述：積沙成塔 (搭配小砂流動)

手法：分為三部分
1) 互動 : 施工中(程式學習)

2)記錄：記錄是一種過程，亦是一種行為的累積，分為個人、群體、環境。
將記錄得到的數據轉化為不同的表現方式來呈現。(藉由較誇張的方式讓人了解習慣的重要性)

1.每個人生活習慣的記錄軌跡
2.將來要做的紀錄項目

3)影片：利用影片的傳達性、劇情性，拍成數個關於習慣的短片，用以推廣及讓人省思習慣。

試作進度：理念的聚焦、主題確立，記錄部份的呈現
